III. features

1 The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. IV. working conditions

1 The suction pressure is 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is 1.6Mpa, that is, the suction inlet pressure + pump lift is 1.6Mpa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6Mpa, it should be put forward separately when ordering, so that when the most commonly used reinforcing agent is made of glass fiber and carbon fiber, the overflow part and connection part of the pump are made of cast steel

2. Ambient temperature < 40 ℃, relative humidity < 40%

3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm

note: if the medium used is with fine particles, please explain it when ordering, so that the manufacturer can adopt wear-resistant mechanical seal
